We have been in business for over 90 years.Job DetailsThis role focuses on understanding electrical systems and performing mechanical tasks to maintain and repair production line equipment. This includes working on PLCs, VFDs, motor controls, and dealing with voltages up to 480 volts. Duties involve repairing, adjusting, and troubleshooting various plant equipment like conveyor systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics. The position also supports tasks like production changeovers in a team environment.1. Facility Equipment Maintenance: Responsible for the upkeep, repair, and preventive maintenance of all facility equipment.2. Diagnostic Skills: Proficient in diagnosing equipment issues to identify root causes effectively.3. Repair and Replacement: Perform replacement or repair of faulty parts, followed by thorough testing and adjustment as required.4. Plant Equipment Installation and Maintenance: Install and maintain equipment essential for plant operations.5. Building Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance of the building and ensure equipment is maintained as per the schedule.6. Preventive Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by fulfilling preventive maintenance requirements.7. Self-Motivated Team Player: Must possess the initiative to work independently as a self-starter while also collaborating effectively within a team when necessary.8. Troubleshooting: Demonstrate proficiency in troubleshooting equipment malfunctions.9.
