What will I be doing?Set the standard of accuracy for use of all measuring equipmentPerform, maintain, and coordinate calibration of measuring equipmentInterpret three dimensional geometries using various manufacturing printsPerform various audits of product dimensions and tolerancesRecord and track audit findings to drive quality initiativesCreate, maintain, and communicate quality statistics with operators and managementEnvironmental, Health, and SafetySet the standard of safety for all facility functionsMaintain EHS consumables inventoryPerform, maintain, and enforce previously established EHS programsYour Profile:Minimum of High School Diploma or GEDMinimum of 2 years of Quality Program experience is preferredExperience with cutting tools is preferredKnowledge of 5S and lean manufacturing is preferredKnowledge of EHS programs is preferredMust be able to read, write, and speak English fluentlyStrong geometry knowledge Strong analytical troubleshooting abilityAbility to multi-task in fast-paced manufacturing environmentAbility to read and interpret documents such as blueprints, safety rules, operating instructions and policy and procedure manualsStrong fluency with various Microsoft Office Software focusing on Excel
