Tesla is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bot QA Tester to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our robotic systems through daily testing and analysis. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a diligent approach to testing and QA.We are looking for someone with enthusiasm for the field of robotics and a strong desire to contribute to the development of Tesla Bot.Night Shift: 12:00AM - 8:30AM on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements and specificationsPerform regular regression testing to ensure that previously identified defects have been resolved and that new changes/features have not introduced any unintended side effectsWork closely with the development team to identify, track, and prioritize issuesMaintain thorough records of test results, including test logs, screenshots, and videosExecute defined test cases, record & analyze test results to provide detailed reportsCollaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and efficient testing processClearly communicate test results, issues, and recommendations to stakeholdersRequirements
Experience troubleshooting hardware and/or software, software experience preferredProven experience in software or robotics quality assurance testingTerminal experience (running scripts, flashing software, etc) preferredExcellent problem-solving skills & strong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentAbility to work a flexible schedule; day/night shifts with the ability to work 1 day per weekendCompensation and BenefitsBenefits

$28.75 - $42.73/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits
