Registered Nurse - Endoscopy @ Christian Hospital

Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Endoscopy Job Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (07:00 - 15:30) Guaranteed Hours: Not Specified Experience: 1 Year Required License: Valid State License Required Certifications: - BCLS- NIH- ACLS Must-Have: - IV start skills- Experience in EPIC charting system- Ability to work holidays as necessary- Ability to work independently in procedure rooms- On-call availability Job Description: - Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 07:00-15:30- On-call duties: 1 weekday shift every other week and 1 weekend shift (Friday to Sunday) every 8 weeks- Perform endoscopy procedures, pulmonary, TEE, cardioversions, GI recovery, and discharge- Specialty experience is beneficial but not required- Ability to float within the hospital or to affiliate hospitals nearby- Complete orientation consists of 40 hours- Modules to be completed pre-start- Adhere to safety protocols, including fit testing- Compliance with vaccine requirements, except for approved exemptions- Work two out of the three holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day- Candidates must not have any background issuesPlease note that travelers residing within a certain radius are not accepted, and local traveling roles are restricted to certain assistant positions.
