Certification Details AHA Certifications Only BCLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, EFM, and other certifications may be required depending on the unit Certification requirements can be found in facility profile Job Details M-F 0700-1530, 1 on-call weekday shift every other week, 1 on-call weekend (F-S-S) shift every 8 weeks (alternate options for weekend call possible) Experienced GI Nurse needed: independent in procedure rooms, handling specialty cases, and working in pre/post op Procedures include Endo procedures, Pulmonary, TEE, Cardioversions, GI Recovery and discharge Special Procedures/Unit Details: TEE, Cardioversions, Endo procedures Call is required 1 year experience required Accepts first time travelers Required to work holidays as necessary Job Requirements BCLS, NIH, ACLS required IV start required Schedule Information On-call requirements detailed in job details Unit Specific Information GI unit requiring specialty case experience TEE, Cardioversions, Endo procedures are part of the unit Additional Details Certifications requirements by unit are in facility profile Certificates of completion valid for 1 month until official card issued Travelers required to adhere to facility policies and procedures
