What You'll DoLead CRM administration and insights with collaboration across Finance, Sales and Marketing to ensure accurate revenue dataOwn end-to-end tracking and analysis of the sales funnel from lead to customer to provide insights to the businessOptimize and support our sales outreach tech stack including HubSpot, Orum, LinkedIn, and other tools with an eye towards driving maximal automationManage sales enablement processes including onboarding and ongoing trainingSupport all GTM related strategic planning and optimization initiativesEnhance CRM reporting, forecasting, and dashboard creation to provide real-time reporting capabilitiesAssist in territory planning, quota management, and handle all commission and incentive management processesOwn deal desk / deal close process, reviewing current practices and optimizing revenue and process efficiencyDrive pricing strategy to optimize ongoing pricing and packaging initiativesWho You Are

5+ years of Revenue/Sales Operations role in a growth stage B2B enterprise tech companyAdvanced Excel skills to manage and analyze data sets to discover actionable insightsExceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with the ability to swiftly establish trust, credibility, and influence and present insights across diverse stakeholdersExperience with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) business models, showcasing an understanding of recurring revenue dynamics and subscription-based businessesDemonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues, showcasing adept problem-solving skills and analytical prowessComfort working in ambiguity in a fast-paced work environmentStrong quantitative skills and the willingness to dig into dataDeep experience with HubSpotReady to work 4+ days a week from our NYC-based officePerks and Benefits
