What You'll Do Lead CRM administration and insights with collaboration across Finance, Sales and Marketing to ensure accurate revenue data Own end-to-end tracking and analysis of the sales funnel from lead to customer to provide insights to the business Optimize and support our sales outreach tech stack including HubSpot, Orum, LinkedIn, and other tools with an eye towards driving maximal automation Manage sales enablement processes including onboarding and ongoing training Support all GTM related strategic planning and optimization initiatives Enhance CRM reporting, forecasting, and dashboard creation to provide real-time reporting capabilities Assist in territory planning, quota management, and handle all commission and incentive management processes Own deal desk / deal close process, reviewing current practices and optimizing revenue and process efficiency Drive pricing strategy to optimize ongoing pricing and packaging initiatives Who You Are
5+ years of Revenue/Sales Operations role in a growth stage B2B enterprise tech company Advanced Excel skills to manage and analyze data sets to discover actionable insights Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with the ability to swiftly establish trust, credibility, and influence and present insights across diverse stakeholders Experience with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) business models, showcasing an understanding of recurring revenue dynamics and subscription-based businesses Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues, showcasing adept problem-solving skills and analytical prowess Comfort working in ambiguity in a fast-paced work environment Strong quantitative skills and the willingness to dig into data Deep experience with HubSpot Ready to work 4+ days a week from our NYC-based office Perks and Benefits
