Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 per year

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and dedicated Permanent Litigation Attorney to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of commercial litigation, including conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court. This role requires a professional with a strong understanding of trial practice and an ability to effectively manage multiple cases simultaneously. Responsibilities:

1. Conduct comprehensive legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and legal articles to support case preparation.
2. Draft and review a variety of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and legal memorandums.
3. Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
4. Develop effective litigation strategies and conduct negotiations with opposing counsel.
5. Consult with clients to provide legal advice and understand their objectives.
6. Manage all phases of the litigation process from investigation, pleadings, and discovery to pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal.
7. Work collaboratively with legal staff, paralegals, and other attorneys to ensure the best representation for our clients.
8. Maintain professional growth and development through seminars, workshops, and professional affiliations to keep abreast of the latest developments in law and in the legal profession.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial litigation.
3. Admitted to practice law in the state and in good standing with the state bar association.
4. Proven experience conducting legal research and drafting legal documents.
5. Demonstrated proficiency in trial practice and litigation.
6. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a specific skill in legal writing.
7. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve cases favorably.
8. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
9. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
10. Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality legal representation for clients.
11. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and to maintain a positive, can-do attitude.
12. Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
