We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Litigator to join our growing Miami office.

The ideal candidate will have a diverse litigation background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage cases from inception through trial.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while having direct access to high-profile clients and a variety of litigation matters.

• Handle a wide range of civil litigation matters, including but not limited to commercial disputes, torts, real estate, business litigation, and general liability.
• Manage all phases of the litigation process, from pleadings and discovery to trial and appeal.
• Develop and execute case strategies, including legal research, drafting motions, and conducting depositions.
• Represent clients in federal and state courts, as well as before administrative agencies and alternative dispute resolution forums.
• Engage in direct client interaction, including advising clients on legal issues, case strategy, and potential outcomes.
• Collaborate with team members across various practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal solutions to clients.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal court rules and regulations.
• Maintain accurate case files, track deadlines, and manage workflow to ensure timely resolution of matters.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Florida Bar is required; admission to additional jurisdictions is a plus.
• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in general litigation, including trial experience.
• Strong knowledge of civil procedure and litigation best practices.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex legal arguments clearly and persuasively.
• Strong research, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in legal research software and other litigation technology tools.
• A strong commitment to client service and maintaining positive client relationships.
