Job DetailsJob Details:
We are seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager for our growing construction company. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to make a significant impact on our projects and lead our team towards success. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of construction processes and a strong background in the use of BIM, Architectural Design, and 3D Modeling. With over 5+ years of experience in the industry, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our construction projects from conception to completion.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction project management from planning to implementation
- Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
- Meet contractual conditions of performance and ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
- Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
- Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
- Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
- Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory
- Meet contractual conditions of performance
- Review the work progress on a daily basis
- Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
- Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
Qualifications:
- Proven working experience in construction project management
- Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods
- Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
- Understanding of all facets of the construction process
- Familiarity with construction management software packages
- Competent in conflict and crisis management
- Excellent time and project management skills
- BS degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field
- Proficiency in BIM (Building Information Modeling), Architectural Design, and 3D Modeling
- Excellent leadership, team building, and management skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to plan and see the “big picture”
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Professional certification in Project Management would be a plus
