Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• Conducting in-depth legal research and analysis on various legal matters to assist attorneys in case preparation.
• Drafting, reviewing, and revising a variety of legal documents such as contracts, affidavits, and pleadings.
• Assisting in the preparation and management of case files for court proceedings.
• Coordinating and managing client interaction, ensuring prompt communication, and maintaining strong professional relationships.
• Providing litigation support including evidence management, document production, and coordinating with expert witnesses.
• Organizing and maintaining documents in a paper or electronic filing system.
• Assisting in the development of legal arguments, applications, declarations, and motions.
• Ensuring compliance with all legal standards and regulations.
