The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using all components of the Microsoft Power PlatformPower Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and RPA (Robotic Process Automation) using Power Automate. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of best practices, an innovative mindset, and a proven track record of delivering effective and scalable solutions.
What Youll DoDesign and develop custom applications using Power Apps to meet business needs
Automate workflows and processes using Power Automate, including the implementation of RPA solutions
Create and manage interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI for data-driven decision-making
Develop and maintain web portals using Power Pages
Ensure solutions adhere to best practices, including scalability, security, and performance optimization
Develop and maintain documentation for solutions, including architecture, design, and user guides
Stay current with updates to the Power Platform and incorporate new features and functionality into solutions
Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring that solutions meet business objectives
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Power Platform solutions, ensuring high availability and performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Power Platform solutions with other enterprise systems
Provide training and guidance to end-users and junior developers on the effective use of Power Platform tools
What Youll NeedRequired4+ years of proven experience in implementing RPA solutions using Power Automate
4+ years of experience in developing solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages
2+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps
4+ years of experience developing user interface (UI) using Canvas and Model-driven Apps (Power Apps)
Proficient in programming languages such as JavaScript, C#, or .NET
Exceptional communication to speak technically (verbally and in writing) with other developers, system architects, & business stakeholders is crucial.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
Strong understanding of data integration, APIs, and connectors within the Power Platform ecosystem
Experience with Azure services and their integration with Power Platform solutions
PreferredExperience using Power Automate's process mining functionality to document processes & provide automation recommendations
Experience with Azure services and their integration with Power Platform solutions
Database querying including SQL, SharePoint, and DAX
Physical DemandsAbility to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard and monitor
