Solutions Architect
to join our
Publisher Operations
team.We are looking for someone who thrives at early-stage companies and is comfortable wearing a few hats to move things forward. You ideally have significant ad tech experience, are obsessed with delivering customer satisfaction, have built automation & efficiency tools, and are hungry to grow revenue for your clients through unique solutions. You are comfortable with learning about new technologies and features, speaking to clients directly, pitching platform adoption, and working closely with a highly technical team.The
Solutions Architect
will have strong technical aptitude, problem solving skills, critical thinking, and communication skills that can oversee all aspects of customer service as they leverage Publica to power their CTV/OTT video business. You will be engaging with customers regularly, deep diving into data and running analyses, responding to a wide range of customer inquiries, becoming an expert with all products, funneling feedback from clients to our product and engineering team, and ultimately be responsible for the growth of accounts.Things that we are looking for:5+ years of ad tech experience with a solid track record of delivering best in class customer service.Strong command and knowledge of video ad serving, openRTB, SSAI, header bidding, programmatic advertising, and the technologies that power them all.Experience working with high touch and highly technical clients to understand their needs and working with different teams to resolve issues.Exposure in a multitude of ad tech user interfaces (ie ad servers, SSP platforms, DSP platforms, etc).Proven experience with object oriented programming, tool development, and automation.Able to deliver insights by way of data, reports, and/or presentations by working with large data sets and the tools to query them (MySQL, Amazon Athena).Highly motivated self-starter with a persuasive and success-driven personality.Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving ability.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Combination of excellent technical, product, and business skills.History of driving projects forward and identifying areas for improvements, both internally and externally.California Applicants: The salary range for this position is $135,100 - $231,600.
