We aim to hold ourselves to the highest standards of humility, curiosity, transparency, and personal development.HYBRID - 3-4 DAYS IN OFFICEWhat you’ll be responsible for:Ownership of the Clinical Trials supply chain process, including inventory, incoming and outgoing orders and 3rd party suppliers.Manage and respond to Customer Purchase Orders and work with Logistics Specialist to ensure timely delivery of all shipments.Provide hands-on support to the Logistics Specialist in preparing hardware for Clinical Trials (e.g. App Setup, Connecting Devices, Labeling, Boxing).Ownership of Mobile Device Management (MDM) including Device Assignment, MDM Configuration, Version control, etc.Ownership of customer support for Clinical Trials (Hardware/Software), working directly with customers to resolve technical matters.Ensure customers receive timely support with minimum disruption to their project conduct.Work with third-party vendors for both logistics and support to ensure delivery as per customer expectations.Report on logistics and support activities and work with the Clinical Trials team to identify areas of improvement.This might be a good fit if you have:Bachelor’s degree or similar level of experience.1-3 years of experience in a support function or similar.Previous technical experience preferred.Interest in logistics, helpdesk, and customer support.Strong analytical and organizational skills and high attention to detail.Flexible team player with the ability to manage several tasks coherently to meet timelines.Eager to learn, positive outlook, and a can-do attitude.Mobile Device Management (MDM) experience preferred but not required.You’ll love us because:Mission-driven culture that’s recognized by “Best Places to Work” awards.A global, diverse team that works hard without taking ourselves too seriously.Competitive salary - an annual market rate review ensures our compensation bands align with Series A market salaries.Flexible work environment.Unlimited PTO - take time to recharge when you need it.Equity that’s venture-backed by top, global VCs - when we win, we win together.Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits - so you can take care of yourself and your family.Retirement plan + company match.Annual Learning & Development stipend - your professional growth is important!Building a diverse team is critical to our success:At NuvoAir, building a diverse team isn't a lofty statement or goal, it's a necessity, and it's something we actively practice and talk about.
