Technical Lead - working location USA
Experience in SAP ABAP Development and also should have experience in leading teamExperience working with a team of SAP technical consultants, functional consultants and subject matter experts to develop project artifacts and deliverables including architecture, design, configuration, specification, test and sustainment materialsPerforming detailed analysis, design, and implementation of business requirements.Ensuring optimization and performance tuning of SAP applicationsDevelop applications/programs to support data maintenance and migration effortsProcess, validate, and document master data change requestsSupport integration , ABAP development across modules, implementing solutionsConduct peer reviews to verify that peers have followed the common standards and selected the most viable and efficient approach to solve the given requirementsDevise or modify code to solve complex problems considering system capacity and limitations, operating time and desired resultsPerform technical reviews of code developed by other developersPrepare detailed specifications from which programs will be written design, code, test, debug, document and maintain those programsAssist with activity, status and progress reports with the creation of comprehensive test plans, including individual program test plans and system test plansAdhere to programming/development deadlines as determined by supervisor or more senior team memberConceptualize and prototype appropriate solutions, presenting them to the development teamALV, Data uploads via LSMW,Idoc's / Interfaces, BAPI, RFCSAP NotesQualifications
Must have hands on experience in managing minimum 5+ large finance transformation projects valuing $25M per annum15+ years' experience neededSAP Certifications SAP, R3, S4HANA, HANA, S/4, GRCDegree in Computer Science, MBA, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Technical, Information Technology, Business/Administration, Education, Technology
