You will report to the Global Practice Leader in a hybrid working environment.Responsibilities
Use value-based methodologies to identify customer goals, value metrics, and proposed solutionsConduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to produce value proposals to justify investment in solutionsCollaborate with sales, success and customers to create compelling executive presentations to secure funding for their programsHelp customers and sales & success teams with success planning, value tracking & measurement, and confirming value realized from Autodesk investmentsContribute to customer case studies and success storiesAdvise, coach, and help customer-facing teams deliver a value experience for customers across the entire lifecycleCreate scalable and repeatable tools, methodologies and best practices to enhance value management capabilities within the team and across the companyStorytelling, and experience establishing communication and engagement with prospectsAbility to explain strategy and concepts to a wide array of audiences including executives, practitioners, and our customer-facing teamsA consultative approach to sales and customer success and excellent relationship skillsMinimum Qualifications
5+ years in value, management or strategy consulting, professional services, sales, solution engineering, value engineering or customer success3+ years direct engagement with customers in Senior Management, Executive, or C-Suite rolesDemonstrated proficiency in quantitative and qualitative analysis, and able to conduct independent researchExperience explaining financial models, conducting executive level conversations, and value methodologiesExperience coaching customer-facing teamsAbility to simplify complex technical information for a variety of audiencesExperience in sales, success, or value consultant roles for a technology companyExperience with outcome-based selling and approachDesire to collaborate across geographically diverse teamsExperience with change management methodologiesBackground in related industry
