Inspire, motivate, and mentor internal design & creative teams to think differently and constantly look to elevate their workCome from a place of earning it, developing concepts designed to connect with cultureBe a leader and champion of big ideasExecute creative and brand vision for our clients and the Day One brandShape and develop cohesive narratives, maximizing the quality of our outputIdeate and develop breakthrough concepts, setting an example for the teamBring a solution-oriented approach to every challengeCommunicate across teams consistently and effectivelyReview and refine briefs, project plans, and staffing across projectsAct as a true team player - willing to take on any creative task, big or small.Requirements
10+ years of experience in art direction/designExperience successfully leading creative projects from ideation through to executionExperience working successfully across disciplinesDriven by the creative landscape of social mediaExperience leading complex assignments and collaborating with a diverse teamVisually led skill set, with ability to oversee ideation and presentationsExperience project managing deliverables and organizing resourcesEntrepreneurial spirit and a style that inspiresWe value all of our employees and are happy to provide comprehensive benefits to help support them holistically in the best way we can.
