Acting as the CEO of the account, the SVP, Brand will be the client liaison, understand the business of the business, be a visionary & a roadblock remover, with a ruthlessly prioritized focus on wins and growth. If you are equal parts business leader, strategic thinker and creatively curious - this role is for you.The successful candidate will be ambitious, hard-working, and dedicated to helping the team tell stories for our clients that will stop people in their scroll. The successful candidate will represent a mix of creative thinking and strategic reasoning alongside strong written and verbal skills to articulate not only the team’s ideas, but also the value behind them. As a senior member of the team, your responsibility will be both interfacing directly with clients and championing great creative work. In this role you will:Demonstrate business & account leadershipDemonstrate a strong point of view on what makes great work, and not be afraid to share it with both teams and clientsDefine, shape and sell creative ideas that consistently tie back to brand brief & strategyShepherd and guide the workBuild impactful partnerships & relationships with clientsOversee account management and ensure account profitabilityFocus on growth managementDemonstrate consistent curiosity and learning within the industry, with a finger on the pulse of what is happening in culture, across categoriesBuild industry relationships and extend the Day One communitySupport relevant new business projects as needed, including team oversight, shaping RFP and pitch responses, shepherding winning creative and presenting to prospective clients.Requirements
12+ years of agency experience, managing or contributing to creative ideation and campaign/asset executionExperience thinking through both tactics and the big pictureExperience ideating and articulating the why and the how of an ideaUnderstanding of both major and emerging social platformsConceptual thinking skill, editorially mindedLeadership and creative problem solving skillsDemonstrated passion for people, organization, and an excitement to collaborate in a fast-paced team environmentExperience with, and a love for, presenting to teams and clientsSelf-motivated, organized, and reliablePassion for earned creative and brand storytellingWe value all of our employees and are happy to provide comprehensive benefits to help support them holistically in the best way we can.
