Job Description:
Designing, implementing, and supporting modern interactive UI solutions developed in JS frameworks such as ReactJS.Besides, you should be able to coordinate with Backend Developers, HTML coders, and Graphic Designers for a complete web development experience.Using programming languages like HTML/CSS and Javascript frameworks such as ReactJs/AngularJS to create responsive web pages.Creating aesthetically appealing websites along with a friendly user interface designFollowing established code practices when undertaking user interface developmentWorking closely with Designers and Backend Developers to ascertain client needsOptimizing websites, programs, and applications for better speed and functionalityGathering feedback from clients, technical staff and conducting troubleshooting proceduresDeveloping functional documentation and guidelines for other team membersCreating prototypes for testing website functionalityConceptualizing website designs and placementsUsing analytical tools to determine website performance including website speed, load time, etc.Will also be working with product owners, back end devs, designersBuilding tools in reactWill use azure for deploying applicationsBuilding out micro services (node or lambdas or azure function)Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related fieldComplete knowledge of programming languages like CSS, HTML and JavascriptazKnowledge of website design best practices and UI/UX designs8+ years of experience as a UI/UX Developer or Web DeveloperWell-versed knowledge in ReactExperience with state management like Redux, Zustand or similar libraryFamiliarity with JavaScript module loaders and testing toolsFamiliarity with front-end build tools, such as Webpack and Module FederationStrong analytical skillsExcellent multitasking and organizational skillsAbility to work in a team and under pressureExperience working with Cloud platforms such as MS Azure, AWS preferredKnowledgeable about packing & deploying apps via CI/CD pipelines to a cloud platform.Possess excellent communication skills.Ability to keep a close eye on details.Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.
