Job Description:

The Risk Consultant design of consulting and contingent process for the Third-Party Management Team risk assessments to align to regulatory requirementsAssist the organization in re-evaluating operational procedures and guidelines so as to ensure that established procedures align with top leadership's directives, industry standards, and regulations.Providing superior service delivery & supportResponsible for designing certain enterprise-wide third-party risk management processes and managing through roll out and maturityResponsible for designing and periodically reviewing program related artifacts, risk methodologies, service categories and associated risk profile, reporting thresholds etc.Accountable for program documentation including development, periodic review, version control and organized storage for various program documents such as Third-Party Management Practice Standard, training materials, desk procedures, etc.Accountable for developing training materials, conducting firmwide TPM training and overseeing training performance for the program areas they have designedMonitor regulatory updates that correspond to the assigned area being designed and provide team with guidance on impact of changes in regulatory environment and how to adjust enterprise-wide program to supportResponsible for review and prioritization of user specifications for technology enablement and process automationsResponsible for managing, designing, and enhancing program activities and mature the program including serving as the TPM Program Subject Matter Expert for technology enablementDevelop and manage a third-party risk management monitoring and reporting process that tracks third party risksSupporting the CPO (Chief Procurement Office)Designing how they manage their consulting & contingent labor riskDesigning, implementing, and assisting with execution of the risk management programDeveloping a new "tower" responsible for governance and oversight for regulatory, audit requests, etc.Qualifications:

Previous FI ExperiencePrevious experience with designing a risk program from scratchPrefer prior exposure to consulting and/or contingent labor clients / suppliersExperience designing a process and program within the Contingent Labor & Consulting SpaceThird-Party Risk experience requiredExperience researching regulatory requirements (internationally in addition to Fed requirements)5-10 years of experience

Technical Certification Bonus: Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.
