Responsibilities :

Responsible for the development and maintenance of applications throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).Prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written and ensures proper documentation is complete.Competent to work on all phases of application systems analysis and programming activities.May provide guidance and direction to lower level staff.Designs, develops and implements new application components and/or complete applicationsEvaluates, designs, and implements complex modifications to existing applications to accommodate changes in user requirements of hardware/software infrastructureCollaborates with Project Management, Business and Systems Analysts and leadership by recommending specifications for system enhancements for continuous functional improvementOversees and refines application components for performance enhancementProduces technical documentation that accurately and thoroughly depicts the software design and code baseMaintains robust understanding of business processes and needs in order to deliver accurate solutionsDevelops, maintains, and enhances high quality software code in accordance with established organization standards and development guidelinesMay review, perform testing, and provide feedback on the work of Application DevelopersProvides primary or backup support to resolve production problems and processing issuesParticipates in complex application development lifecycle activities such as application architecture, design, code review, and testingDevelops, maintains, and enhances high quality software code in accordance with established organization standards and development guidelinesProduces technical documentation that accurately and thoroughly depicts the software design and code baseEnsures best practices for coding, architecture, and security are consistently employed across all teams, and maintains responsibility for the quality development of applications.Maintains robust understanding of business processes and needs in order to deliver accurate solutionsMay review, perform testing, and provide feedback on the work of Application DevelopersCoding in AWS Lambda, Typescript, node.js for lambda codingWrite good unit testQualifications :

Enrollment dates are each January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, and October 1st.

Technical Certification Bonus: Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.
