We have built a strong foundation with excellent customer satisfaction ratings and are perfectly positioned for significant growth.We have a solid team of skilled technicians, strong community presence, and excellent brand reputation in our service area.As the CEO, you will have the opportunity to shape the direction of the company and drive its growth in the thriving HVAC and plumbing services industry.Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategies to drive growth and profitability for the companyLead and manage teams of HVAC technicians, plumbers, and support staff while maintaining high service qualityBuild and optimize systems for recruiting, training, and retaining top technical talentEstablish and maintain relationships with key vendors, partners, and stakeholdersOversee financial management including budgeting, forecasting, and KPI trackingImplement technology solutions to streamline operations and improve customer experienceDevelop additional revenue streams including maintenance programs and other recurring servicesEnsure compliance with industry regulations, licensing requirements, and safety standardsCreate and maintain a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvementDrive profitability while maintaining high customer satisfaction metricsRequirements:Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in residential services, with proven track record of scaling companies.Strong operational expertise in managing and growing trades-based businessesExcellence in developing and implementing systems for growth and scalabilityProven ability to recruit, train, and retain technical talentStrong financial acumen with experience in service business metrics and KPIsOutstanding leadership abilities with experience building high-performance teamsC20/C36 licenses a plus but not requiredIf you are a growth-oriented leader with a passion for scaling residential service companies and building great teams, we invite you to apply for this CEO position.
