is a direct-to-consumer, residential home services business providing residential roof, window, and siding replacement. The company serves its customers out of six locations across Georgia, Tennessee, and North Carolina, with expansion into new states planned for the second half of 2024.In 2023, Pinnacle partnered with Boyne Capital , a Miami, FL-based Private Equity firm that seeks to forge lasting and collaborative relationships with founders and families to support them in achieving their next phase of growth.Reporting to and working closely with the Chief Executive Officer and the Board, the Chief Operating Officer (COO) will oversee all aspects of the company’s multi-state operations. The COO role requires the aptitude to be both strategic and tactical, with demonstrated success in scaling a home services business by driving and managing strong topline growth and optimizing profitability, while maintaining high standards of quality. This role requires a high-energy, focused multi-site leader with acquisition integration experience, preferably in a private equity-sponsored environment.ResponsibilitiesServe as a key partner to the Board and private equity sponsorSupport the CEO and the Board with evaluating strategic add-on acquisitions and lead post-acquisition operational integrationCollaborate with CEO on new site expansion and M&ADevelop and implement operations strategies to improve efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfactionSpearhead optimization of production/installation processes, including management of third-party subcontractor networksLead, motivate, and support the sales and operations teams/functionsDevelop annual budget, in collaboration with the CEO and CFO, and manage day-to-day operations to annual budgetImplement KPIs to track operational performance and communicate performance to the CEO and BoardFoster relationships with General Managers, executives as well as operations and sales leadersEstablish best practices and standard operating proceduresExecute de novo expansion strategy including building best-in-class sales and operating functionsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in business/operations management/marketing or related, MBA/master’s degree is a plusProven record of effective leadership within a rapid growth, D2C (in-home sales) residential services business (roofing/windows/siding-replacement)Prior P&L ownership with sustained positive impactHands-on execution of brownfield/de novo/M&A integrationsExperience leading and managing cross-functional teams across multiple locations/statesWilling/able to be onsite in Alpharetta, GA, and travel as needed (up to 40%)Experience working in a private equity-sponsored environment will take precedenceBase + Bonus + Equity401K with employer contributionMedical/Dental/Vision/STD and LTD Insurance
