ResponsibilitiesWork in conjunction with the Brewing Operations Manager.Perform product demonstrations internally and externally.Be able to provide technical support to customers.Grow our market and our brand by building new relationships with distributors and retailers, participating in offsite events including brew festivals, Brewer's nights, Tap takeovers, 210 beer/food truck events and closing sales.Visit established accounts and increase distribution, monitor price, introduce new product and manage shelf space.Create and maintain a portfolio and sales presentation of our product and brand to use for creating new accounts and for showcasing our product internally.Responsible for maintaining published product freshness standards in assigned retail accounts by monitoring and rotating stocks.Research and engage strategic accounts and negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales.Oversee the distribution route and make deliveries.Promote product innovations created internally.Maintain quality, sanitation and safety procedures at all times.Manage and update frequently a list of key accounts and forecast growth.Input and manage all sales and inventory through various systems.Work nights, weekends and holidays as required.Performs other duties as assigned.Utilizing time away from the brewery and mapping out the best routs to cover delivery/sales area efficiently.Qualifications
Exceptional guest service skills required.Must be at least 21 years of age.Passion for craft beer.2+ years of sales, warehouse, delivery, or merchandising experience strongly preferred.Highly self-motivated and organized with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.Must have previous experience in a production brewery or craft beer environment.Must be customer service oriented and have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to multi-task.Ability to work in a challenging environment dealing with sensitive issues and maintain confidentially with strong attention to detail and excellent problem solving, organizational, and time management skills.Ability to maintain professional, courteous, and effective working relationships with all levels of the organization and outside business contacts.Certificates, Licenses, Regulations
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Class A gaming license from the Stillaguamish Tribal Gaming Agency.Valid driver's license.Must be able to obtain and maintain a Washington State Health Card (Food Worker Card).Must be able to obtain and maintain a Washington State Mandatory Alcohol Server Training (MAST) Class 12 Mixologist Permit.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
Constantly requires the ability to receive detailed information through oral and written communication. The position requires lifting 55 pounds and move up to 180 pounds regularly, work well with machinery, use a forklift when necessary and be in an ongoing, physical production environment for extended periods of time. Will require time outside facing adverse weather conditions. Requires repetitive movement with the ability to stand and/or walk for an entire shift. This is a 24-hour, 7-days a week work operation
