Job Title: Project/Program Manager IIJob DescriptionThe Project/Program Manager II will manage the change management process within a narrowly scoped role and interact with multiple teams. This position involves overseeing the successful launch and delivery of software releases. Responsibilities include defining and executing the release process, planning customer notes, coordinating release readiness with QA partners, and identifying any release blocking defects. The role also encompasses managing the exemption process for releases outside the regular cadence, such as emergency releases and blockers. The manager will report on software release quality, covering operational metrics, process metrics, voice of the customer signals, and release train delays. Additional responsibilities include setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring and summarizing project/program progress.
