The Program Management Lead is a strategic professional who will support reporting & analytics initiatives within the Transformation Program Management (TPM) Metrics Team. The role requires facing off to senior stakeholders and liaising with technologist to exchange information in a concise, logical, and understandable way. The successful candidate must be able to manage overall delivery whilst adopting an Agile methodology, priorities, and manage multiple project timelines. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of the TPM and Transformation Program Groups processes, and how they interact, to achieve the objectives. Strong attention to detail, data quality, time management, and ability to view the big picture are a necessity. Excellent communication skills are required to negotiate internally, often at a senior level.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Provide in-depth and sophisticated analyses with interpretive thinking to define problems, develop innovative solutions and influence strategic functional decisions
+ Work with Program groups to develop and define metrics, and drive the data collection process
+ Drive adherence to program processes, procedures, methods, and standards for project delivery and leverage across the project
+ Apply comprehensive understanding of concepts and procedures within own area and knowledge of other areas to resolve issues that have impact beyond own area
+ Manage request back-log and prioritization
+ Consult with stakeholders/End Users to create business requirements and recommend appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems by analyzing business processes, systems, and industry standards
+ Ensure enhancements meet requirements, coordinate UAT and manage its delivery, including communications and training documentation
+ Devise creative solutions when faced with roadblocks, issues, or other constraints
+ Develop and implement best-practices that seek efficiency in reporting execution
+ Support the facilitation, coordination, and arbitration of cross-functional macro level topics within/across projects and with Senior Management
+ Makes recommendations for training and development needs for assigned personnel.
+ Ensures essential procedures are followed and contributes to defining standards.
+ Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
**Qualifications:**
+ 6-10 years of relevant experience
+ Strong analytical expertise and detailed oriented
+ Expert in development of Program Management level reporting & analytics to Regulators and Senior Management
+ Advance level of experience using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
+ Experience using various Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, and MicroStrategy)
+ Proficient in JIRA, SharePoint, SQL Queries (advanced)
+ Demonstrated understanding of SDLC methodologies such as Agile and Scrum
+ Ability to understand/articulate technology architectures and design
+ Ability to independently and effectively work across all levels of management and across functions to accomplish goals
+ Management of process and reporting demands including prioritization and coordination of delivery
+ Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate several reports and projects at once
+ Experience working in global and complex settings with multiple stakeholders
+ Broad understanding of Citis businesses a plus
+ Proven ability to work in a team of diverse skill sets and cultures
**Education:**
+ Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree

**Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:**
$103,920.00 - $155,880.00
