As a Mixing Operator, you will be responsible for preparing and mixing ingredients according to the recipe specifications.You will be part of a diverse and inclusive team that values safety, quality, and innovation. Responsibilities:
Places ingredients (dry and liquid) into mixer(s) according to product recipe. Mixes ingredients following established time standards.
Uses proper mixing instructions sheets based on which type of dough needs to be produced.
Pre measures and stages ingredients throughout shift for dough batches to be produced, and records weights as needed
Takes temperatures of margarine, water and eggs prior to adding to mixer. Takes final temperature of dough after mixing is complete.
Unloads dough from mixer onto cutting table and cuts sections prior to loading onto transport cart.
Assists on operating re work mixer.
Follows rules and regulations to ensure food safety, quality, and legality.
Perform other duties as assigned by any lead, supervisor, manager or other leader in the Aspire Bakeries organization.
Qualifications:
A high school diplomia or GED is preferred
English literacy, elementary level
Ability to lift/carry 50 lbs.
GMP/HACCP Certification (in-house)
Shift: 1st
Hourly Range:
$19.25 - $21.75
