Assists Production Supervisor in ensuring that manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently. Responsible for making sure that all work duties within a production environment are coordinated properly and carried out as they should be.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for recordkeeping of dough weight, dough temps, oven temps, and freezer temp.
Maintain log for oven checks throughout the shift, and notes adjustments in comment section of the log.
Verify staff on shift arrives on schedule and that all positions are staffed.
Provides back-up to any empty position on shift.
Assists maintenance with machine assembly to start production for the week.
Responsible for all machinery, equipment, and personnel while on shift.
Reports directly to Production Supervisor
Follows rules and regulations to ensure food safety, quality, and legality.
Maintains and establishes effective working relationships
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED is required
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
One year related experience and/or training
Shift: 2nd (1:45pm-10:15pm)
