Position Summary:
The IT-Business Systems Analyst will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and IT solutions. This individual will analyze business requirements, coordinate integration projects, and ensure seamless system operations.
Essential Functions:
Participates in identifying business system requirements and related business/application solutions for a specific business need.Enter and manage tickets in Westcor's internal tracking system from written requirements for development.Participate in the entire lifecycle of projects, from requirements gathering to deployment.Develop and maintain documentation, including test plans and regression suites.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and IT operations.Foster strong relationships with external partners and vendors.Drive process improvement through seeking out and identifying opportunities, business process definition and system alignment.Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to maintain system stability.Complete tasks required by I.T. management when requiredRequirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience1-3 years of directly related experience in Title InsuranceKnowledge of title production software and how it interacts with external services.Competencies :
Analytical skillsData management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in order to define parameters to meet business requirements.Knowledge of Microsoft OfficePhysical Demands:
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standardsAbility to maintain reasonably regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standardsMust be able to sit, stand, stoop or bend for an extended period (8 hours)Must be able to lift and carry up to 5 lbsMust be able to listen and speak clearly over the phoneWork Environment
