Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow HRSD Developer responsible for the complete software development lifecycle of advanced HRSD solutions. This includes designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining custom ServiceNow solutions to improve HR processes and employee experiences. The role involves close collaboration with HR and IT teams, leveraging ServiceNow tools to streamline operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

•Design, develop, and deploy new HRSD solutions and enhancements, including bi-annual upgrades.

•Manage all aspects of development: requirements gathering, designing, testing, deployment, and support.

•Collaborate with HR stakeholders and IT teams to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.

•Integrate ServiceNow with external systems (e.g., LDAP, REST, SOAP, APIs) following industry best practices.

•Create custom applications using ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, JavaScript, and advanced workflows.

•Implement and optimize business rules, user interfaces, and APIs.

•Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards.

•Maintain system documentation and ensure code quality.

•Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues to maintain optimal performance.

•Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow functionalities and mentor other team members.

Required Qualifications:

•Minimum 5 years of development experience on the ServiceNow platform, with at least 3 years of HRSD-specific experience.

•Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform functionality and HRSD best practices.

•Experience creating content for HR Service Delivery portals (e.g., banners, widgets, topic pages).

•Expertise in automating workflows for employee lifecycle events (onboarding, transfers, offboarding).

•Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

•Ability to work independently and in teams.

•Excellent communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

•Passion for continuous learning.

Preferred Qualifications:

•Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA).

•Human Resources Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-HR).

•Experience with Agile development methodologies.

•Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices.
