CRM Specialist (Zoho/Filevine)

A dynamic plaintiffs' law firm with offices in Minneapolis, Phoenix, and Los Angeles seeks an entry-level CRM Specialist to join the Minneapolis team. This role focuses on managing and optimizing CRM systems (Zoho and Filevine), analyzing data for insights, and enhancing client management processes through CRM workflows and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain CRM systems.
• Analyze data to ensure accuracy.
• Train staff and create CRM reports.
• Collaborate for seamless integration with other firm software.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field.
• Experience with CRM (Zoho)
• Advanced skills in Excel, including data manipulation, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
• Ability to interpret large amounts of data and provide actionable insights
• Strong Communication and Team Skills
• Experience Creating dashboards (especially Zoho Dashboards)

• Filevine Experience
• IT Experience within a Law Firm
