Title: Lead Oracle Business AnaylstLocation: Cleveland OH onsite 3 days a weekDirect HireApex Systems is supporting a fortune 200 company out of Cleveland Ohio with a Lead Business Analyst opening. The Lead Business Analyst role is responsible for leading the identification, evaluation, and design of technology-based business solutions to solve complex business problems. They partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand business processes, workflows, data models, and other system artifacts. This role will identify and drive opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements and leads the team responsible for developing functional and technical specifications that define system requirements and articulate how systems will meet business goals.Required Education-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Information Systems, or in lieu of a degree, at least 9 years of experience in the field of business systems analysis or IT (work experience or a combination of education and work experience in the field of business systems analysis or IT)Must Haves-6-8 years of experience in business systems analysis and design with a deep understanding of software development methodologies
-Extensive knowledge of Oracle Cloud implementations in Planning, Manufacturing, or Inventory
-Extensive knowledge of business and technical operations, workflows, and procedures
-Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
-Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa
-In-depth knowledge of tools, techniques, and leading practices related to data analysis, coding, and automation
-Extensive knowledge of database structures and data management principlesNice to Haves-Implementation experience with Oracle Cloud Process Manufacturing
-Experience with Integrations between Oracle Cloud and other cloud / non-cloud systems-Experience writing OTBI reports
