Oracle Cloud Reporting Analyst. This is a remote, work from home opportunity and you may be based outside of the greater Chicagoland area.The Oracle Cloud Reporting Analyst is responsible for the design, development, and support of the development of reports, data extracts, and integrations for the UCM Oracle Cloud platform. This includes all work related to impact assessment for upgrades, system enhancements, projects, and application break fix scenarios. This role will design and develop reports, and data extract solutions that are based on industry best practices that will allow for efficient processing and minimize business implications for the UCM Oracle Cloud platform. This position will also be responsible for the day-to-day intake and timely resolutions for production support issues, enhancements, and project requests. The Oracle Cloud Reporting Analyst will collaborate with the tech team as well as the Oracle Functional team on a day-to-day basis.Essential Job FunctionsIn partnership with the Tech team, resolve technical incidents, design solutions for application reporting, integration/data extracts, and workflow technologiesIdentify and enhance error handing mechanisms, why integrations are failing, and ensure timely notifications are sent outDesign, build and test of new reports, integrations, BI Publisher, FRS, and OTBI for reportsSupport the design build and test for enhancements and projects that support the businessPerform impact assessments to technical objects during Oracle Cloud upgradeIdentify gaps in the solution and provide recommendations for improvementsEnsure Technical Design Documents / Lean Specs and Solution Documents are updatedParticipate in discussions with Oracle Functional track leads and business stakeholders to understand business challenges and provide technical solutions that are based on industry best practiceMaintain version Control for all RICE components and follow a designed approach to migrate changes to PRODComplete work and tasks related to Oracle environment refresh plans, schedules, and ensure refresh steps occur with a high degree of accuracyRequired QualificationsOracle Cloud Certification in reporting (OTBI, BIP or middleware technology)BS or BA degree, computer science or business or equivalent relevant certification in healthcare, business management, or information systemsMinimum of 1-3 years of experience in Oracle CloudExpert in Oracle Cloud technologies reporting, OTBI, BIP, Integrations tools (OIC or other leading middleware products) including Workflow builderExpert knowledge of the Oracle Cloud database structure and strong working knowledge within FIN and SCM modulesGathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis for as-is and to-be business process designs, understanding functional configuration, application testing, and coordinating end user trainingDemonstrated knowledge with integrations within the Oracle Cloud modulesExperience with the Service Now Incident Management platformExperience in working with a small team that can complete tasks and work in a project and production environmentExperience reporting to and communicating with C-level client contacts, managing client teams, and on-site and off-site resourcesStrong IT knowledge in application managementBroad knowledge of information technology including integrations, testing, and other technical componentsStrong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skillsAbility to maintain a professional attitude and demeanor in both normal and pressure situationsPreferred QualificationsHealthcare-focused IT experienceFIN or SCM Certification in Oracle CloudPosition DetailsJob Type/FTE: Full Time (1.0 FTE)Shift: DaysJob Location: RemoteUnit/Department: IT Business OfficeCBA Code: Non-UnionMust comply with UCMCs COVID-19 Vaccination requirement as a condition of employment.
