About the Role:

Analyzes, specifies, designs, documents, tests and delivers operational technology systems and processes to meet manufacturing requirements.

Your Responsibilities will Include:Defines and re-engineers operational technology or operational technology processes by using appropriate methods and tools. Partnering with business and manufacturing customers to understand requirements.Consults on design, implementation, operations, monitoring, and support of BSC's OT support and monitoring systems.Assures quality of OT systems by developing and executing test specifications and implementing test and quality plans.Guides implementation of operational technology systems and processes by creating and communicating well-written documentation and presentationsWorks with the IT organization and Operations management to align priorities and initiatives with key business objectives. Limiting the impacts of the initiatives on manufacturing.Leads lifecycle management of manufacturing computers systems and works with manufacturing partners to identify retirement strategy.Leads cyber security hardening initiatives.Lead desktop and embedded system administration.Creates and provides quality training material for user assistance and system usage.Resolves issues related to manufacturing use of implemented systems or processes by working with systems or process owners and project teams to find acceptable solutions.Supports development of OT standards, planning, justifying, and leading projects based on those standards, and coordinating and managing compliance activities as dictated by those standards.Assures that project roles and responsibilities are defined and communicated.Manages process improvement projects by applying basic project management methodology.Manages project scope changes and schedule adherence.Participates in continuous improvement activities.May lead multiple project activities simultaneously, working with internal and external cross-functional groups. (Intermediate, Senior)Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field (e.g., computer science, engineering, information technology) with 3-5 years of relevant experience in OT systems and manufacturing processes; equivalent experience in lieu of a degree may be considered.Experience in analyzing, designing, and delivering OT systems and processes for manufacturing.Ability to develop test specifications and execute quality plans for OT systems.Skills in creating clear documentation and presentations for OT systems.Experience in leading cybersecurity initiatives and managing desktop/embedded system administration.Ability to manage process improvement projects, scope changes, and schedule adherence.Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Microsoft Active Directory.Preferred knowledge and experience with ITMS, Acronis, Industrial Control Systems, SCADA systems, automated manufacturing and active directory managementPreferred experience developing generating process and procedures and associated documentation.Background in cyber protection.Experience with Acronis backup.
