As a

Manufacturing ERP System Support Specialist , you will provide technical support in concert with the direction of the Information Technology Manager. You will ensure adherence to best practices and proven methodologies to promote continuous information operations, resiliency of systems operations and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans and documentation of server.

The onsite role is located in our Tulsa office.

Your Impact:Ensure systems and applications are effective, reliable, and meet the service delivery needs of all programs.Identify and coordinate installation, upgrades, and ongoing support of software packages across organizations.Provide effective and responsive service when requested.Plan, implement and review upgrades of any existing applications, ensuring minimal disruption to service delivery.Maintains security and protects systems from unauthorized use, acts of nature and user abuse.Coordinate and communicate closely with management and help desk during all unplanned outages.Your Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies or related field, or an equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.Or 3 years work experience in related field.Ability to be on call (24/7).Strong customer service skills. Focused on client's objectives and attentive to the needs of users.Working knowledge with ERP systems and support, EPS (EFI) iQuote and Monarch strongly preferred.Strong understanding of technical troubleshooting methodology.Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication and presentation skills across organizational boundaries.How We'll Support You:
