**Job Title: Welder****Job Description**The Welder will be responsible for laying out and fitting metal parts according to blueprints. These parts are typically made of aluminum or steel and range from 2" thickness down to thin gauge sheet metal. Once the parts are fitted and tacked into place, the welder will use MIG or TIG welding styles to weld the parts according to the prints. After welding is completed, they will grind and finish the parts for the next stage in the process.This is a Welder level 3 role, requiring a minimum of 4 years of TIG and MIG welding experience to qualify.Current openings are on 1st Shift M-F 7am to 3pm.**Hard Skills**+ MIG Welding+ TIG Welding+ Blueprints**Job Type**This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).**Work Site**This is a fully on-site position in Dallastown, Pennsylvania.**Work Environment**The work environment operates like a large job shop with welding areas equipped with Miller welding machines. Welding involves aluminum and steel. Employees must work near moving mechanical parts, around fumes/airborne particles, in extreme hot/cold weather conditions, with risks of electrical shock and radiation, and in a very loud environment.
