Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Support Tech:
- Provide technical support across a variety of operating systems, including MacOS and Windows 10- Deliver services to and interact with VIPs and Executives- Offer deskside support to various West Coast locations, including Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, and Hollywood- Utilize ITSM tools for ticketing systems, reporting & survey management- Provide flexibility in offering Executive home support and traveling to various office locations
Required Skills for Support Tech:
- Minimum 2 years of Tech and Deskside Support experience- Proficiency in both PC and Mac platforms across a variety of operating systems- Experience in supporting Apple hardware and software- Excellent Zoom and Remote support experience- Strong analytical / technical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
