Patient Ratios: 1 to 3-4; stretched ratio of 1:5 (mix of med-surg and PCU)Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability): Daily availability of a Unit Secretary and consistently between 2-4 Patient Care Technicians each shift.
