Job Summary:

The Warehouse Associate I is responsible for performing physical and administrative tasks related to shipping, receiving, storing, distributing, and fulfilling orders of merchandise, materials, parts, and supplies.

This role ensures the accuracy of inventory and compliance with safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:Perform quality checks on outbound and inbound shipments.Stage and pack outbound shipments in accordance with site policies.Execute ERP system transactions for outbound and inbound shipments.Update FMS for parcel and freight shipments.Use handheld RF scanners and Warehouse Management System to fulfill orders.Maintain inventory accuracy and handle hazardous materials for both inbound and outbound shipments.Adhere to 5S safety and housekeeping practices and regulations.Complete all required safety training and follow protocol in all risk situations.Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) appropriate for tasks.Lift up to 75 pounds unassisted and operate powered industrial trucks such as WAV, order pickers, reach trucks, and pallet jacks.Manage repair RMA's and resolve shipment issues within repair systems.Follow basic work instructions and productivity standards, contributing to continuous improvement and standardization of processes.Perform equipment maintenance activities and create expense orders for internal repair consumption.Ensure compliance with ISO requirements and support external auditor processes.Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.At least 1 year of experience in warehouse or related field.Effective communication skills.Basic computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office.Proficient in using a desktop computer.Basic math skills and ability to read a ruler.Fundamental reading and writing skills required.Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld RF scanners.Familiarity with handling hazardous materials and compliance with safety protocols.
