System Engineer (Citrix, Netscaler, VMware) About the Company ESI currently serves over 300 health care operations including skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and other ancillary service providers. These operations have no corporate headquarters or traditional management hierarchy. Instead, they operate independently with support from the "Service Center," a world-class service team that provides centralized legal, human resource, training, accounting, IT and other resources necessary to allow on-site leaders and caregivers to focus on day-to-day care and business issues in their facilities and operations. Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Citrix System Engineer. As a System Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our organization's critical Citrix environment. Your proficiency in Citrix and VMware will be instrumental in ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of our IT infrastructure. Responsibilities: Infrastructure Assessment: Assist in design, deployment & Support of Citrix solutions. Virtualization Expertise: Design, deploy, and manage Citrix and VMware solutions. Microsoft 365 Integration: Collaborate with teams to seamlessly integrate M365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, etc.). Networking: Collaborate with networking teams to resolve connectivity issues. Security and Compliance: Implement security best practices across systems. Stay Current: Keep abreast of developments in Citrix, VMware, and M365 technologies. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field. Experience: Minimum of 4 years as a System Engineer with hands-on experience in Citrix, Netscaler, VMware. Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of Citrix VDI / Published Apps, Profile management, VMware vSphere, NetApp storage solutions. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services and administration.
