Scrum Master

Primary Responsibilities: Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Guide the team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to meet customer expectations. Act as a servant leader, ensuring that the team has the resources they need to succeed. Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a healthy and prioritized product backlog. Track and manage sprint progress, ensuring transparency for all stakeholders. Remove impediments and blockers that hinder team progress. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and conducting regular retrospectives. Coach the team to higher levels of maturity in agile practices at a sustainable pace. Coordinate with other Scrum Masters to ensure consistency across teams in applying Scrum principles. Ensure adherence to agile processes while encouraging innovation and flexibility. Contribute to T&T proposal activities and all other duties as assigned by T&T managers Required Skills & Qualifications: In-depth knowledge of Scrum principles, practices, and roles Familiarity with agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps) Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and lead teams through change Desired Skills & Qualifications: Experience working in a DevOps or CI/CD environment Familiarity with cloud technologies and modern software development practices Education/Experience: 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment Certifications (Required): Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification Benefits: Competitive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance coverage, 401(k) Plan, Training Programs, Accrued Paid Time Off (PTO) and Paid Holidays.
