Responsibilities:
Design, implement, maintain, and provide end-user support for complex, client-focused proprietary securitization applications used internally by professionals in the Securitization marketplace.Develop an in-depth understanding of securitized transactions with a focus on asset cash flow and waterfall modeling.Analyze industry trends, recommend, and implement enabling technology solutions.Define and analyze business and user requirements for new/enhanced product and reporting functionality for the group's cash flow modeling tool, Niagara.Program, test, and document all components of internally developed systems, including user interfaces, business logic, and data access.Perform quality assurance and end-user acceptance testing to ensure the product meets end-user requirements.Consult with other professionals on system capabilities and collaborate to implement enhancements or reporting changes to address new or modified deal structures.Design, implement, and maintain backend database structures to support Agency and CLO transactions.Communicate with technical and business leaders regarding business requirements, system capabilities, programming progress, and enhancement status.Additional Requirements:
ServiceNow HAM Pro and SAM Pro experienced developers are required.Hands-on experience configuring HAM Pro and SAM Pro is essential.General HAM/SAM experience is not sufficient for this role.Strong communication skills and basic project management awareness are necessary.
