This position is responsible for: Identifying business requirements and map them to the Manhattan (MANH) Active WMS and applying configuration updates Leading the implementation of Manhattan Active WMS modules across all business units Interacting and coordinating project team members responsible for developing reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions Tracking and driving problems to resolution Leading and at times executing testing and training Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Gather and document business requirements, lead fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, end user training Conduct solution design workshops Develop business process designs and perform functional configuration Develop conversion and system implementation plans Identify functionality gaps and provide solutions for them Write function design documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and application extensions Effectively communicate and drive project deliverables Provide consistent and concise status and issue reports to key stakeholders on a regular basis Work in collaboration with MANH support for resolving critical bugs Can work independently on projects and production support with minimum supervision To assist in implementation of SCM solution across Sparc Group business units Recommend and implement changes to development, maintenance, and system standards Qualifications Manhattan Warehouse Management System experience required with Manhattan Active experience preferred Experience with IBM Cognos, Postman or other API tools, and SQL query Should be familiar with typical Order Management, Procurement & Inventory management processes Must have at least 2 end to end implementation experiences with warehouse management system enhancements or implementations Performed hands on implementations, maintenance and support of ERP applications including experience with base data management Experience with design and implementation of application interfaces Ability to lead and motivate others Strong organizational and analytical skills Ability to understand and analyze business processes requirements to formulate technical Why we think you'll love it here At Forever 21, we foster an inclusive culture where everyone feels they belong. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to position offered and work experience. In addition to your salary, Forever 21, and its affiliated brands, offers a benefits package, including 401(k) plan, flexible work schedule and a generous employee discount program (all benefits are based on eligibility).
