JPI is seeking a Senior Analyst to assist U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) senior clients across project/program management, business transformation, governance, process analysis and refinement, and strategic planning service offerings. The successful candidate will have 4-6 years of experience with direct experience interacting with high-level federal clients.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

•Lead meetings and working groups geared toward the development of strategies and solutions that address stakeholder needs across the client enterprise.

•Conduct detailed research and analysis of technical data to provide informed guidance/recommendations related to organizational strategy and project/program management.

•Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with senior personnel, including Flag Officers, while having ability to provide coaching to senior leadership and/or client personnel.

•Provide support to senior clients in management of project timelines and risk registers for multiple initiatives across the directorates as they relate to strategic planning, change management, business transformation, and communications.

•Contribute to governance initiatives and manage the formal development and revision of new, existing policy documents that align to enterprise strategic goals.

•Manage and develop strategic documents and artifacts that clearly articulate enterprise goals and strategies.

•Develop and maintain client program organizational charts and stakeholder outreach matrices.

•Create, manage, and execute strategic communications and implementation plans.

•Support lifecycle internal and external client communications (e.g., talking points, fact sheets, briefings, online content, announcements, brochures, etc.)

•Facilitate client meetings to include offsite logistics and coordination with materials preparation and presenter identification.

Requirements

•Bachelor's degree with 4-6 years of relevant experience; master's degree or higher preferred

•PMP certification or equivalent project management certification preferred

•Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance

•Must be US Citizen

•Develop and implement management consulting, project management methodologies (processes, best practices, tools, templates, etc.).

•Build and manage senior client relationships.

•Manage projects, deadlines, and project teams.

•Own deliverables from concept to completion (i.e., briefs, brochures, strategic plans, playbooks, and brief web-ready videos) for sponsored project/program office initiatives.

•Lead planning and development of key strategic messaging, communications or talking points.

•Analyze and synthesize complex, diverse information that appeals to all desired audiences.

•Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

•Communicate and customize strategic messaging understood by diverse stakeholder audiences and business units.

•Proficiency in the use of desktop computer and use of the entire Microsoft Office365 suite of applications, specifically MS Teams, Excel, and SharePoint

Preferred Experience:

•Relevant experience in direct support of the US Coast Guard, Government agencies supporting Homeland Security, defense, or law enforcement missions.

•Knowledge and experience with human resources lifecycle and human capital strategic initiatives.

JPI is hiring for several positions and will consider your application across our current and future openings. Expected compensation for this role is between 55,000-85,000, including a generous benefits package with comprehensive healthcare coverage. Please note that final compensation is dependent on a variety of factors and is reviewed regularly for both internal and external equity considerations.
