Project Manager

Title - Project Manager (Hybrid)Location : Lake Zurich, ILDuration - 6 monthsJob Description1) Develop the detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategy for the new product development2) Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with the cross-functional teams3) Collaborate with engineering, marketing, business development, and regulatory teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables4) Ensure directed resources are effectively utilized, work accordingly to project assumptison and forecasts, and delivery efficient, high-quality work5) Facilitate effective communication and coordination among stakeholders throughout the proiect, including project meeting discussions and weekly status reports6) Responsible for communicating project status to all levels of senior management on a regular basis to facilitate informed decision-making7) Utilize technical and industry knowledge to understand project requirements and challenges8) Monitor project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to keep the project on track9) Develop and manage project budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial restraints10) Collaborate closely with marketing and business development/sales teams to develop go-to-market strategy, launch plans, and update the business case as needed11) All employees are responsible for ensuring the compliance to company documents, programs and activities related to the Health, Safety, Environment, Energy, and Quality Management Systems, as per your roles and responsibilities

QualificationBachelor's Degree. PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus5-10 years' experience in cell and gene therapies, biotechnology, medical devices, or equilavent combination of education and experience3-5 years' experience in a project management role, preferably in technical environment overseeing a product (device, lab equipment, or other instrumentatation) development and launchOutstanding organizational, project management, communication, and presentation skillsProven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and drive project success in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and communication skills, with ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersStrong analytical skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issuesAbility and willingness to travelDexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
