When you join RadNet as a Business Intelligence Engineer , you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes. You Will: Designs, develops and maintains advanced BI reports and dashboards using tools like Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, and SSRS, ensuring high performance and compliance with business requirements. Optimizes and maintains database structures, including complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and views, focusing on performance and scalability. Collaborates with IT and business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions. Provides mentorship and guidance to Business Intelligence Analysts, helping them develop their BI reporting and analysis skills. Works closely with the Manager of Business Intelligence Solutions to align BI strategy with business goals, ensuring efficient project execution within timelines and budgets. Leads the technical aspects of BI projects, from planning to deployment, including system integration, data modeling, and performance tuning. Ensures the security and compliance of BI solutions, including data integrity and privacy. Stays updated with the latest trends and technologies in business intelligence and data analytics, applying best practices to our BI environment. To Ensure Success in This Role, You Must Have: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Business Intelligence or related role. Advanced proficiency in BI tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, and SSRS. Expert-level knowledge of SQL, including complex query writing, stored procedures, and optimizing database performance. Strong background in data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing principles. Experience with cloud-based data analytics platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). Proven experience in leading BI projects and mentoring team members. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
