To Apply for this Job Click HereDescription of Role/Responsibilities:Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking a successful IT Manager with experience in ServiceNow development and administration. This person will oversee a team of technical team members that are responsible for testing software and service interdependencies to maximize efficiency and scalability, specifically in ServiceNow. We are looking for an IT Manager to oversee a team focused on ServiceNow service delivery, QA, and DevOps. Our ideal candidate will come from a technical background or has a background in implementing ITSM products like ServiceNow but is very comfortable leading and mentoring others. While we are looking for high technical aptitude, this role will be focused on the day to day leadership and management of technical team members-driving individual and team success while pushing forward in the development and expansion of new product offerings.Required Skills:
Strong background in ITSM, ServiceNow, JavaScript, with ability to effectively manage projects and team members to ensure successful delivery of services3+ years of experience in ServiceNow developmentExperience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA/ ConfluenceExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a teamExperience providing technical guidance and mentorship to team membersPossess a strong understanding of ServiceNow development best practicesBachelor's degree or equivalent in MIS, Computer Science or related fieldDesired Skills:
Experience leading development team in designing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platformExperience managing risk, defining scopes, managing timelines and communicating progress and issues
