The Vice President, Project Delivery - Advanced TechnologyFacilities is responsible for overseeing aconstruction project portfolio of up to $7 billion. Thisrole is responsible for ensuring that construction projectsalign with organizational goals, adhere to EHSstandards, and achieve high levels of customersatisfaction. Responsibilities include driving constructionproject delivery, managing resources, conducting reviews, andproviding strategic direction.
Explore your tasks and responsibilitiesPortfolio Management:Oversee and manage the execution of a diverse constructionportfolio of projects totaling approximately $7 billion.
Ensure projects are delivered in alignment withorganizational objectives and strategic goals. Leadership inEnvironmental, Health, and Safety (EHS).
Provide robust leadership and hands-on management for EHSinitiatives, including the implementation and advancementof Exyte's Incident Free Workplace (IFW) program.
Ensure all projects adhere to EHS standards andregulations, promoting a culture of safety and compliance.
Project Delivery:
Drive construction project delivery to meet budgetconstraints, timelines, and quality standards.
Aim for high levels of customer satisfaction througheffective project execution and management. ResourceForecasting and Management:
Forecast, plan, and manage project resources, including thedetailed allocation, deployment, and demobilization of projectteams.
Ensure optimal use of resources to support projectrequirements and schedules.
Project Review and Analysis:
Conduct monthly project reviews, audits, and in-depthanalyses to monitor progress and performance.
Provide timely interventions and corrective actions toaddress any issues and ensure successful project completion.
Strategic Direction:
Provide strategic direction and leadership for engineering,procurement, and construction activities.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize projectdelivery processes and achieve project goals.
Project Delivery Models:
Utilize expertise in various project delivery models (e.g.,AE/EP, EPCM, EPC, D/B, IPD) to strategically enhance projectdelivery strategies.
Optimize project outcomes through effective and efficientdelivery methods.
Proposal and Risk Management:
Collaborate with the VP Engineering to prepare and reviewATF proposals, facilitating efficient project setup andexecution.
Assist in the preparation of internal risk approvalprocesses and submissions to the Regional Risk Committee, andCorporate Risk.
Technical and Engineering Solutions:
Promote and adopt alternative technical and engineeringsolutions such as OSM, modular, and turnkey approaches.
Improve project outcomes and streamline processes throughinnovative solutions.
Collaboration and Coordination:
Create and maintain a collaborative environment to ensureseamless coordination between Global Business Units(GBUs), Regional Business Units (RBUs), and Regional AreaOperations.
Facilitate effective liaison and alignment with corporatestandards and objectives.
Management Systems Implementation:
Oversee the implementation and use of Management andTechnical Management Systems (MMS, TMS, etc.) to streamlineconstruction project management processes and enhanceoperational efficiency.
Staff Management and Development:
Manage and coach assigned staff, providing guidance,development opportunities, and fostering a culture ofcontinuous learning and improvement.
Ensure team members are equipped with the skills andknowledge required for successful project delivery.

Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (Master'spreferred) in engineering, construction management, or relatedfield.
Extensive Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience inintegrated design-build and contracting projects, with a strongbackground in advanced manufacturing facilities, preferably insemiconductor environments.
EPCM/EPC Expertise: Proven expertise in Engineering,Procurement, and Construction Management (EPCM) or EPCenvironments, demonstrating a successful track record indelivering multi-project portfolios.
Leadership in EHS: Strong leadership in Environmental,Health, and Safety (EHS) practices within the constructionindustry, ensuring compliance and promoting a culture ofsafety.
Team Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and mentorteams, foster collaboration, and create high-performing workenvironments.
Project Excellence: Consistent track record of achievingproject excellence outcomes, with a focus on quality,timeliness, and budget adherence.
Stakeholder Management: Experience in effectively managingcustomer and stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment andsatisfaction throughout project lifecycles.
Supply Chain and Subcontractor Management:Proven experiencein managing supply chain and subcontractor relationships,optimizing performance and resolving issues efficiently
