Major Duties - Own and manage various Risk Data, Reporting and Analytics products throughout the lifecycle (from intake to delivery and sustainability) - Create a scalable and sustainable process, engagement model, prioritization and communication approach including RAAIDD logs, documentation/ evidencing to enable internal and external validation. - Assist in resource planning, budgeting, onboarding resources (FTE/ contractors), managing vendors, etc. - Be the agile change agent for the team and manage the planning (PI, sprint) sessions, daily standups, demos, etc. - Coordinate, mentor, and manage work through junior team members across locations. - Responsible for creating detailed Business Requirement documents (BRD), High level design (HLD) documents, process flows, project planning and implementation artifacts that support regulatory and audit requirements. - Plan and setup meetings with key stakeholders (Business, Risk, Compliance, IT and Analytics), manage the meetings through structured agenda and document the discussions - Understand and analyse multiple data sources and systems related to Risk data and metrics (KPIs, KCIs, KRIs) across the organization - Perform basic business/ data analysis and self-serve information through Office 365, SQL and Power BI, where possible - Understand and apply data governance requirements such as BCBS 239, RDARR, Data Mesh and enterprise expectations throughout the product lifecycle. - Ensure the data products and reports are scalable, repeatable, and effective; and follow agreed upon governance and technology policies - Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on, and resolved in a timely manner - Identify opportunities to enhance processes regarding data flow and data quality to improve accuracy, viability, and value Participate in special projects as needed and perform other duties as assigned Knowledge : Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Demonstrated skills in team leadership and project implementations Knowledge of the drivers of business unit profitability Comfortable operating in a technical environment involving complex business logic and its programmatic implementation Experience : - 7-10 years of experience as a Product owner specializing in Data, IT and Analytics projects/ products related to Risk, Compliance, Audit, Control, IT functions within Banking & Financial Services. - Understanding and work experience of GRC tools like Fusion, ServiceNow, Archer, Coupa etc. is preferred. - Understanding and work experience of Data and analytics product lifecycle through data ingestion, data modelling, reporting, security, etc. is preferred. - Expertise in managing work through tools like ADO, Office 365, Confluence and Miro is necessary - Basic knowledge of using SQL/ Power BI to self-serve data would be a plus Functional Knowledge of Enterprise Risk Management across various Risk Categories (Ops Risk, Credit, Compliance, Cyber, etc.), Risk Programs (RCSA, TPM, IT etc.), Integrated Risk Management, Issues Management is a plus Salary Range: Base salary range: $110,000 to $140,000 Salary range is an estimate of base pay.
