**Job Description:**

- Provide nursing care for patients with common diagnoses such as post-operative CAB, thoracotomy, mastectomy and breast reconstruction, general surgery, vascular surgery, gynecology surgery, urology surgery, ENT surgery, dialysis, and peritoneal dialysis.- Handle medical overflow situations as needed.- Support a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5 in a 41-50 bed unit.- Utilize EPIC for charting and maintain accurate patient records.- Follow the designated scrub color guidelines: Blue-Caribbean, Blue-Light, Blue-Navy.- Participate in the RN and PCT STL Float Pool for area support.- Conduct special procedures, such as chest tube insertion.- Engage in a virtual interview process with an auto offer mechanism.- Participate in a comprehensive orientation program with specified orientation hours.
