[[ERP Developer (Wilton, CT) - Full Time [[Analyze science, engineering, business, and other data processing problems to develop and implement solutions to complex applications problems, system administration issues, or network concerns. Perform systems management and integration functions, improve existing computer systems, and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and schedule limitations. Analyze or recommend commercially available software. Act as the main system administrator for the organization's NetSuite environment, offering continuous technical support and expertise to end users. Also responsible for scripting and SuiteScript Development, write SuiteScript (JavaScript) to develop custom scripts, workflows, and applications within NetSuite to meet business requirements. Design and code servers, applications and databases that are reusable, scalable and meet critical architecture goals using technologies such as C++, C#, SQL, SuiteScript (JavaScript) and frameworks as Microsoft Visual Studio, Eclipse IDE etc. Create Application Programming Interfaces (APIs). Develop and maintain both front-end and back-end applications for a high-volume E-commerce environment. Design and document internal and program process improvement. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in compliance with coding standards using (e.g. Java, Node.js, Ruby, C#, .NET, React, AngularJS, Bootstrap, Node, micro-service architectures via Docker or Lambda, Step Functions and API Gateway on AWS or Azure). Identify and resolve any technical issues or errors that may arise in the NetSuite system promptly. Collaborate with NetSuite support if needed. Customize the NetSuite system to align with the unique processes and workflows of the Retail company. Create new customizations using NetSuite Customization tools such as SuiteScript 2.x, CRM, Analytics, advanced HTML/CSS templates and workflows, employing a tech-forward approach. Streamline reporting relating to Order to Cash, Revenue Management/Complex Billing Cycles, SuiteWorld, and 3rd party integrations. Develop and maintain integrations between NetSuite and other software systems used by the company, such as e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, and manufacturing software. Conduct end-user training and update knowledgebase articles. Document policies, procedures, and training materials. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite functionalities, upgrades, customization, releases and integration. Perform ERP Data Cleansing to resolve issues like duplicates, inaccuracies, and obsolete data to increase overall productivity and better decision-making. Perform Data Scrubbing on raw data obtained from companys vendors and schedule data imports to upload the data to Netsuite system.
